Everything was great! The hotel is nice, with beautiful clean rooms and a spacious bathroom. It's a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. It has a really great restaurant right next door and a donut shop right across the street with excellent freshly made donuts. The staff was really helpful and really nice. Overall, it was a great place to stay .

I will tell you how appreciative I am of the staff at this property. They were wonderful and extremely helpful in getting my situation resolved. My wife had an accident and broke both wrists and elbow in two places. They weee very underwhelming of my situation and allowed me to cancel my trip with no penalties. However BOOKING.COM has no way of reaching them and I will never use this website again, I will go directly to the hotel

We loved Hilton Garden Inn!!! Impeccable accommodation! Staff was super friendly and nice! Our room was so clean & comfortable! Pool and spa was my favorite!!! Will definitely suggest HGI to anyone and we will return next time we visit St. Augustine, Florida!!!

Close to the beach. Close to restaurants. Arrived a few hours early and was given a parking permit and early check in at no additional charge. Room was comfortable and air conditioning was working fine.

I loved everything about this hotel, The location to the beach, the friendly staff, our room -- all were great. You made us feel at home.

This is a clean, well-managed hotel in a prime location. It is just steps from the beach! I had a postive experience from beginning to end and will surely return.

We did not eat breakfast there. The gym and room snd location were great. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant next door.
